AECT MX20 SOIL MIXING MACHINE Machine Specifications and Production Limits
03/30/2018

The MX20 Soil Mixing Machine is capable of mixing soil stabilizers at a variable rate up to 20+ yards per hour. Moisture is added as required thru mulitiple nozzles that can be controlled by operator for desired ratios. The additives, cement, lime, fly ash, and moisture can all be controlled to operator’s specification. The MX20 has 17.4 cubic feet of capacity for one product. The machine will process enough soil to feed 2-AECT MC3500 or 4-2500HD Soil Block Machines.

BP 714
10/08/2018

The BP714 uses a unique double compression method that produces block strengths that exceed the compressive strength required for concrete block. The Blocks are 10 x 18 x 35.5 cm, and the machine produces 800-1400 blocks in 8 hours. The BP714 uses manually operated levers for filling the chamber, each stage of compression and ejecting the block. An experienced operator can reach 1400 blocks in 8 hours.

AECT Block Cutter
03/30/2018

AECT is the only company in the world to make this Earth Block Cutter for cutting compressed earth block used in full load bearing, masonry constructed structures. This AECT Earth Block Cutter quickly produces straight cuts on compressed earth blocks produced by the AECT compressed earth block machines even when the rock content in the soil is high. The AECT Earth Block Cutter will easily cut soil-only block, cement-stabilized earth block and fly-ash stabilized earth blocks at any needed angle in seconds when the blocks are freshly made. Cement stabilized earth blocks and Fly Ash stabilized earth blocks may have to be cut with a carbide tipped power saw after the cement sets up for a day or two. Soil-only compressed earth blocks can be cut using the AECT Earth Block Cutter at the time of manufacture, months or years after the…
